What payment methods do you accept?
At Silver Garden Designs, I accept major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal.
How do I track my orders?
Sign in to your registered account and you will see a Order History page. This will show you detailed information about your order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Silver Garden Designs packs your jewelry in a beautiful silver foil jewelry gift box. If you would like the box wrapped in paper and a lilac satin ribbon, please make a note in your order.
What are your return/exchange policies?
All sales are final. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to exchange it, please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, and with an invoice as proof of purchase within 7 days of receipt to:

Custom orders are final and non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Your satisfaction and happiness is our top commitment. If an error was made on our part, we'll do what we can to fix it! Thank you for your support!
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will happily arrange for an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot; therefore we suggest you arranged a tracked or recorded delivery service.
Since all pieces are made to order, we aim to ship all products within 5 working days of receiving an order. You will receive a confirmation along with tracking details as soon as your item(s) are dispatched. If your order is particularly urgent or you require it in time for a certain date or special occasion, please let us know in the instructions box at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Orders ship Monday through Friday via priority mail unless otherwise selected at checkout. All shipments are insured and a tracking number is sent to you upon shipment. The customer is responsible for any and all customs and duty fees.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however, we will try to contact you, in this case, to arrange for a new order to be placed if required.
