Shipping policy

Shipping Process:

• Our products are made-to-order and typically ship within 10-14 business days after placing an order.
• Upon dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• If you need your order urgently or by a specific date, please specify this in the checkout instructions.
• Orders are sent via insured USPS mail from Monday to Friday.
• For alternative shipping methods, contact us for pricing and options. Note that you're responsible for any customs and duty fees.
• Orders can't be redirected once shipped. If delivery fails multiple times, we may cancel your order and deduct shipping costs from your refund, but we'll attempt to contact you for a possible reorder.
