• We strive for your satisfaction and will try to accommodate changes before shipping.

Returns Policy:

• We offer a 7-day return policy on all items, hoping they exceed your expectations.
• Returns are only accepted within 7 days post-shipment, and items must be in original, unworn condition and packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for damaged items due to customer negligence.
• Non-returnable items include earrings (for hygiene reasons), made-to-order, commissioned, or specifically altered items, custom work, special orders, personalized/engraved items, gift cards, sale items, incorrectly sized rings/bangles/bracelets, and other customized pieces.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns, accompanied by a printout of your order confirmation.
